Give Your Lawn A Nutritional Boost
Fertilizing and overseeding your grass is a great way to provide nutrients and supplementation needed to grow a thicker and healthy lawn. Fertilizing your lawn creates a stronger root system, prevents weeds and creates more tolerant grass due to the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium present in the fertilizer. Overseeding your lawn can improve the appearance of your grass, reduce erosion, improve root growth and increase resistance to damage. We recommend fertilizing your lawn three (3) times per year and overseed once per year.
What to Expect?
At Framptons Property Services we like to manage expectations and deliver a service that you can trust. As a fertilizer or overseeding customer, you can expect the following services:
- Provide three (3) applications of fertilizer in spring, summer and fall or one (1) application of seed in the fall.
- A scheduled day for your service with advanced notice.
- Fully insured in the case that property damage occurs.
- Knowledgeable staff that can identify problems with your lawn and provide solutions.
